Hi....Mary Ellen...? It's Teri...we've all arrived in Wabasha. I'm walking on the beach -- you know right where the cabins used to be. But they've torn those down and built some pricy condos here. Yeah, Maria is here. And Peter and Paul. But I'm sure you didn't realize that the Joria's were having a reunion and the Riley's are here and the Dineen's are here and the Bastian's are here. (your sisters and your nieces and nephews, along with your great-nieces and nephews) Big crowd showed up to give you the proper send off...whoops...wait..I think I'm losing you here on my cell phone...I'll call ya back....

Here's Bill and Karen - all the way from Cincinnati - 11 hour drive and relaxing in the glow of yet another gorgeous sunset on the Mississippi at Slippery's.

Jack, Jane and Jenni also drove up - you know they would never think of missing the final celebration of you!

(Below: Barges were moving at a good clip today!)

Mary Ellen loved flowers - wild flowers, prairie grasses - so seeds were passed out to everyone to plant in their gardens. A wonderful reminder of Mary Ellen and her love of the environment.
